Double wheeled bike?

Now this is a strange bike! I’m not sure what you’d call it – a double wheeled bike or a quad wheeled bike? Either way I’m sure it’s an interesting ride! Plus you’d be able to see over SUVs!

I have a theory that with twice the amount of wheels, twice the amount of pain when slapping down to the earth should there happen to be an accident.

I want to know if that’s real or if it’s photoshoped… If it’s real, why did he bother to keep both tires on instead of taking off the upper one? It’d be too bouncy…
