We'll it still worked, I think the owner was avoiding repossession or something like that. On the subject of this photo, if someone drove a car into the water like this, wouldn't the surrounding areas be flooded? Or if this truly was an accident wouldn't someone have to be going at a sufficient speed in order to not notice they were speeding into a pool? Seems like there would be some serious damage to the front of the car right?
