Talk about D U M B !
21 year old Charles Ray Fuller was recently arrested in Fort Worth Texas after presenting a check that he’d taken from his girlfriends checkbook to Chase Bank.
He’d filled out the check, making it out to himself for the amount of $360,000,000,000.00!
Yeah, right!
When he was arrested he assured the police that the check was legitimate.
He stated that his girlfriends mother had told him to take the money to start a record label. Uh huh.
